Siberian Runtz is a mostly indica variety created from the cross Blue Runtz x Russian Assassin, using Do Si Dos as the male parent, a genetic line known for contributing potency and good resin production. The result is a productive, stable and easy-to-work-with plant.
The plant develops a strong, well-branched structure, with an orderly flowering cycle and compact buds. During the final weeks, the flowers become covered in a large amount of resin, making it one of the varieties that has delivered the best results in this regard when grown outdoors. It also shows a good flower-to-leaf ratio, which makes trimming easier.
Outdoors, it offers a high yield, maintaining an even flowering cycle and good performance under variable conditions. For this reason, it is an interesting option for both dried flower and extractions.
In terms of aroma, earthy and fruity notes predominate, with the presence of berries, mainly inherited from Blue Runtz and balanced by more classic undertones from Russian Assassin and Do Si Dos.
Flowering is completed in approximately 8–9 weeks, with a THC content of around 23%. The effect is potent and predominantly indica.
