Because of this variability in the rates of transport and the characteristics of items included in the order, the customer will be informed of the cost of transport through the Proforma invoice.
Optiseeds get engaged to transfer to the customer minimum transport costs in the event that the order does not comply with the requirements for a shipment with freight paid.
Orders delivery times depend on the availability of the product or products included in the order.
Optiseeds cannot guarantee the availability of products and there may be products that are not available for immediate delivery.
Shipping will be delivered to the comercial address (no particular or address of a third party) indicated by the customer in the data section for shipping the order or in the comments of the order, if it corresponds to a commercial address.

For shipments within Spain, we use Nacex. For destinations across Europe, we primarily use UPS. We also offer shipping options with SEUR/DPD and GLS depending on the region and requirements. Additionally, if you prefer, you can arrange for your own shipping carrier to handle the delivery.
Shipping rates can vary based on several factors. As a general reference, our starting price for shipments within Spain is 6,00 €, and for other European Union countries, it begins at 10,00 €.
